Where a conflict exists between general bonus terms and specific promotion terms, the specific terms take precedence.
Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier that determines how many times the bonus amount must be bet before a withdrawal can be requested. For example, a wagering requirement of 10x on a PKR 500 bonus means you must place PKR 5,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds. The specific multiplier for each offer is always stated on the Promotions page.
Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate bonuses — including using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing contradictory bets to reduce risk artificially, or using third-party bonus arbitrage strategies — will result in bonus cancellation, removal of associated winnings, and may lead to permanent account closure.
Players may only have one active bonus at a time unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise. Depositing while a bonus is active does not automatically trigger a second bonus. Bonuses must be claimed within the time window specified in the promotion details.
All bets placed on 1eee Game — whether on Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football, Esports, or any other sport — are governed by the following general rules alongside any sport-specific rules published on the relevant market page.
A bet is only confirmed once you receive an on-screen confirmation with a unique bet reference number. If you do not receive confirmation, assume the bet was not accepted and do not assume it is pending. Bets placed during a technical error or interruption are void.
Odds are updated in real time and can change up until the moment a market closes. The odds displayed at the time you submit your bet slip are the odds that apply to your bet — they are locked in upon confirmation. Subsequent odds changes do not affect accepted bets.
A bet may be voided under the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result; the market is suspended due to a technical error; a clear pricing error occurred (odds that do not reflect market reality); or an event is not completed within the time window specified by 1eee Game for settlement purposes. Void bets are refunded to your account balance in PKR.
In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time during a match at the platform's discretion. Bets submitted during a suspension will not be accepted. We recommend checking your bet slip confirmation before assuming an in-play bet has been placed.
All Casino, Live Casino, and Slot games available on 1eee Game use certified random number generation (RNG) technology. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are published within the game information panel. You may request to close your own account at any time by contacting support. Any verified balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method after any outstanding wagering requirements or pending bets are settled.
Players who self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons may request reactivation after the exclusion period has elapsed. Reactivation requires re-verification and is subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
